Iron as ferric saccharate with folate in a raspberry oral strip that dissolves on the tongue.

Form: 19 mg Iron · 400 mcg Folate · Oral StripServing: 1 strip dailySize: 30 strips · 30-day supply

What It Does

Supports normal red blood cell formation and energy.*

How It Works

Iron is required for hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in red blood cells. Folate is required for red blood cell formation and cell division.

Why This Form

A strip for people who have difficulty swallowing iron tablets. 19 mg is close to the 18 mg Daily Value for women.

Clinical Evidence

A randomized, placebo-controlled trial at the University of Lausanne gave 80 mg daily iron to menstruating women with fatigue and low ferritin but no anemia, and measured fatigue scores.¹ The MRC Vitamin Study established the role of folic acid before conception.²

What The Evidence Does Not Show

The fatigue trial used a higher iron dose. Iron should be taken only if you need it. Manufactured in India.
