    Human trials conducted at academic institutions pass through institutional review boards before a single participant is enrolled. That oversight is why we cite human research and not laboratory or animal work.

  • Peer Review Before Publication

    Findings are scrutinised by other researchers in the field before they appear in print. Conference abstracts, preprints and supplier white papers do not clear our standard for exactly this reason.

  • Published Methods You Can Check

    A published trial states its form, dose, duration and participant count. That is what we extract and match — not the headline finding, but the specification underneath it.

  • Null Results Get Published Too

    Academic literature includes the trials that found nothing. We cite those alongside the positive ones — our chromium page says outright that the evidence is mixed.

  • Permanently Verifiable

    Every study we rely on is indexed on PubMed and will still be there in ten years. You do not have to take our word for any of it, which is the entire point.
