What It Does

Supports healthy hair, skin, and nails.*

How It Works

Biotin is a cofactor for carboxylase enzymes involved in keratin production. Vitamin C is required for collagen synthesis. Zinc and iron deficiencies are associated with hair shedding.

Why This Form

Covers the nutrients whose deficiency is linked to hair, skin and nail problems.

Clinical Evidence

A review of published cases found that biotin improved hair and nails in people with an underlying deficiency or condition.¹

What The Evidence Does Not Show

There is little evidence that biotin helps people who are not deficient. High-dose biotin interferes with some laboratory tests, including thyroid and troponin assays. Tell your doctor you take it. Contains a proprietary botanical blend.
