Description
Evidence Tier · Controlled Human Trials
A low-calorie drink mix with potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium and B vitamins.
What It Does
Supports hydration and normal muscle function.*
How It Works
Sodium and potassium drive fluid retention and distribution between body compartments. Replacing sodium alongside water improves restoration of fluid balance after sweating.
Why This Form
Ten calories per serving, with no added sugar. Suited to daily hydration and moderate training.
Clinical Evidence
A controlled human study showed that drinks containing sodium restored fluid balance after exercise-induced dehydration more effectively than water alone.¹
What The Evidence Does Not Show
Each serving provides 100 mg sodium, lower than the amounts used for heavy sweat losses. Contains sucralose and natural and artificial flavors.
