What It Does

Supports joint comfort and flexibility.*

How It Works

Boswellic acids inhibit 5-lipoxygenase. MSM supplies sulfur for connective tissue. Glucosamine is a building block of cartilage.

Why This Form

Boswellia standardized to boswellic acids, and plant-based glucosamine with no shellfish.

Clinical Evidence

A randomized, placebo-controlled trial tested MSM over 12 weeks and measured joint discomfort and function.± The GAIT trial at the University of Utah tested glucosamine over 24 weeks.²

What The Evidence Does Not Show

GAIT found no overall benefit for glucosamine over placebo. Doses here are lower than in most single-ingredient trials. White willow bark contains salicin and may interact with anticoagulants.
